I got this book because I am an enthusiastic bread baker. I later returned it and asked for my money back. The formatting is terrible! I don’t want to spend hours recalling my disappointment. There is no index, which makes it utterly impossible to know what is in the book. The recipes are presented as illustrations, and even when expanded, they tend to stretch over more than one page, and they take us so much horizontal space, usually, that in order to read them, you have to constantly scroll back and forth. This would be very inconvenient even if I were just trying to transcribe them to a word processing program. It is ridiculous even to consider using the Kindle in the kitchen while baking. I have a few Kindle cookbooks, two of them for baking, which I have been very happy with. Having had this experience, I don’t even want to look at the print version of this book.
