CDでのリスニングが目的でしたが，本も同時に購入しました。2-3回聞いても，聞き取れない部分は文字で確認する必要があります。内容的には難しい文章ではないと思います。構文や表現もどちらかと言えば単調な気がします。この本を英語教材として利用するつもりで買いました。しかし，難しくない分，表現が豊かでない分，学習効果が少ない気もします。むしろ，著者の言葉を受け入れ，人生観を修正するために読み，その延長線上に語学学習があるという方針が好ましいでしょうか。
