I’ve owned similar racks made by other manufacturers. While those supported the weight without issue, the silver paint on them tended to flake off. I’ve been using Yamazen racks for almost 10 years and have never had this problem.

I’ve used longer racks from Yamazen and other manufacturers, but this size supports the weight better without terrible bowing. If the maximum weight is in the middle for any length of time it will bend a bit. But for any of the standard uses quoted by the others here there should be no problem. I use my racks to store boxes of books.

I like the 5 shelves and the option of wheels. I don’t use the wheels, though, because I don’t think that they will support the weight when I put the maximum weight on the racks.
