Ready Go! の感想

This is for all the gai-jin otaku out there.

This is the OP theme for ’Okami-san and her Seven Companions’ <オオカミさんと七人の仲間たち>. It is catchy and happy and never fails to make me smile, which is good-enough praise for any song. Well, maybe not for those songs that are supposed to make you cry

The second song, アネモネ (Anemonethe flower, not the sea-dwelling actinarian) is a J-pop song that itself could well be theme or even insert song. It’s nice if maybe too short. It’s J-pop. And it’s not the end theme from Okami-san. Mild bummer.

For the non-Japanese out there, this mini-album comes in a very typical Japanese format; 1-3 songs (2 in this case) followed by the same songs without vocals for karaoke. For us Amerika-jin it may seem a ’waste’ to spend ~$8 (plus the extras) for only 2 songs. I can’t value this for you, it made sense for me and I’m very happy with the purchase.

If you’re an Okami-san fan, you really want this. Enjoy.
